LLC «YuzhStroy-Group» in cooperation with the LLC «TН KuzbassElektromash-Service» and LLC «RDE «Factory of MDU» allows executing a comprehensive approach to solve problems in the construction industry.
LLC «YuzhStroy-Group» is engaged in the construction of new buildings and structures, and reconstruction, thorough repair of existing buildings, performs operational maintenance of the constructed or reconstructed objects of civil and industrial purposes, including: preparation of the building yard, earth works, implementation and erection of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, erection of bearing and enclosing structures of buildings and constructions, roofing, finishing, precommissioning, design and erection of internal and external engineering systems and equipment, quality control of works.
The list of services also includes the execution of design, working and estimate documentation, designing of engineering measures, following of project documentation (coordinating procedure in accordance with established procedure, submission it to the examining authority for approval and so on), field supervision during construction and installation works.
LLC «YuzhStroy-Group» function in full as the General contractor, controls over the quality and terms of design and construction works, develops construction schedules regulates the financing and the movement of work force, supplies all the necessary construction materials and equipment.
